Coach Ruff has discussed how he's switched the lines around throughout practices and games to find better combinations and more consistent offensive production. Throughout Thursday's practice, Coach Ruff focused on odd-man rushes and breakouts.

With three days in between games, the team focused on regaining their compete and intensity during small area games and other drills that replicate game situations. Devils head coach Lindy Ruff said he would focus each day of practice on different areas of the team's systems.
